*Free Shipping Policy
Orders of $500 or more qualify for free shipping with the exception of subwoofer enclosures, subwoofers, batteries, sound bars, wire spools and e-bikes.
Orders of $1200 qualify for free shipping on the entire order and is only available within the approved shipping zones of GA, TN, AL, MS, NC, SC and FL. Orders outside these zone receive free shipping with a minimum order of $1500.
Residential addresses do not qualify for free shipping.
Returns Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by Team Marketing Group, LLC. Defective returns will be exchanged upon approval. If a defective item is not able to be exchanged, store credit will be issued. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. We do not offer refunds. Any non-defective items returned after 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Defective returns are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions. Items deemed physical abuse (holes in speaker cones or surrounds, water damage, significant scaring, broken terminals, broken baskets, damaged screens, fire damage, etc) will not be credited. Warranty is not transferable. All defective returns are tested upon receipt. Any item that tests in good condition will be sent back at the cost of the dealer.
You should expect to receive your credit when item is received and inspected by Team Marketing Group, LLC. All items being exchanged will be shipped FOB by Team Marketing Group, LLC.

Shipping
Same day shipping is usually available on all orders placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST are not guaranteed to ship same day. Team Marketing Group, LLC reserves the right to choose shipping carrier. Dealers can choose to upgrade shipping service (Next Day air, Second Day air, 3 day select) at dealer's expense.
