Guarantors of this account agree to pay Team Marketing Group, LLC. for all goods and services received according to terms of this agreement and agree to maintain account in good financial standing. Purchaser grants Seller a security interest in all such goods and proceeds therefrom. For all overdue balances, accounts are subject to finance charges.  There shall be a $25.00 service charge for all checks returned unpaid for any reason. If for any reason a check is deemed uncollectable, the account will placed on hold until payment is received in full. The cost of collection will be paid by the guarantor of this account. If an attorney or collection agent is retained, guarantor agrees to pay attorney's or collection fee, plus all court costs and cost of collection. All orders are final, no refunds. Any discrepancy must be addressed within 7 business days of invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number issued by Team Marketing Group, LLC. Any item(s) returned without a RMA number will be refused. Items returned are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions. Any non defective item returned will be subject to a restocking fee. This writing plus additional terms of the invoice constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall not be altered or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
